FAQ

  1. We do ask for a credit card to reserve but no charges are processed on the card at time of booking. Billing takes place at the end of the cruise when you have finished service, restaurant style.
  2. The exception would be if one were booking a group of eight or more where we would then process a 25% deposit, issue an invoice and prepare a bill for the function deducting the deposit, pending final beverage sales. Please be aware that there is an automatic base gratuity of 15% on group bookings.
  3. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac.
  4. Dinner is traditionally served between 7:00-7:30 pm. Dinner is self serve, set up on the island inside on the lower deck. Fill your plate with homestyle favorites and then head down to the Breeze Grilled BBQ on the back deck where Chef Erik Aebi will have your entrée ready.
  5. There is no guaranteed seating outside of special event bookings. The Iristani is a fully interactive experience with swimming, hot tub, dance floor, bar, bistro and observation area's. Lots of nooks, alternative viewing and schmoozing options are part of the fun.
  6. Eating is allowed all over the ship. Nosh on the couch, bar, bimini, except the hot tub.
  7. Tabs are mobile. Our staff will track you, once they have your tab name and user guidelines set up.
  8. Entrée choices are part of the reservation process while meat temp will be confirmed by your server or hostess upon boarding.
  9. Our capacity is 88 guests plus crew.
  10. Our ship is 75 foot by 16 foot, it was built by Waterways in Sicamous in 2006
  11. Waterways partnered on the project with funding by the BDC and RBC.
  12. Drinks prices are in the Ric's Grill, Keg, Cactus Club range. Prices start at $5.50 for a domestic beer or house wine up to $9 for a top shelf martini.
  13. Our wine list features offerings by the glass and bottle with a focus on local boutique wineries and international favorites. Due to space restrictions on board we limit the offerings to ten brands.
  14. Dress is upscale casual with water interactivity. Look good, be comfortable.
  15. Children can cruise at a 2 for 1 rate for dinner.
